Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By booking or using WaveCabin Studios, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced here.

2. Bookings and payment

  • Bookings are confirmed when we email a confirmation.
  • Rates are posted in the catalog. Taxes and fees may apply.
  • We may request a deposit for longer sessions or peak hours.

3. Cancellations and reschedules

Reschedules 24+ hours before the session are free. Cancellations 48+ hours before are refunded; otherwise we issue credit. See FAQ.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
  • Food and drinks with lids only; keep liquids away from equipment.
  • Treat rooms and gear with care; report issues promptly.

5. Safety and access

Follow staff guidance, occupancy limits, and emergency instructions. Some rooms may use CCTV in common areas for safety.

6. Equipment

We test gear between sessions. If equipment fails, our liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding the affected time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaveCabin Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected booking.

8. Personal property

Please do not leave valuables unattended. We are not responsible for lost items in common areas.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
