How do I book a room?

Choose a room in the catalog, request a time, and we’ll confirm by email. Returning clients can fast-book with a saved profile.

What gear is included?

Each room has broadcast mics, quiet preamps, closed-back headphones, and a DAW template. Add-ons like extra mics or recorders are available in the catalog.

Can you handle remote guests?

Yes. We set up assisted call-ins, dual-ender backups, and echo-safe mixes so remote contributors sound present.

What’s your reschedule policy?

Reschedules 24+ hours before the session are free. Inside 24 hours, we charge 1 hour to cover prep.

How do cancellations work?

Cancellations 48+ hours before the session are refunded. Within 48 hours, we issue credit for future bookings.

Is there parking?

Selected locations include on-site parking. Otherwise, we provide a map to the nearest garage and bike racks.

Do phones need to be in airplane mode?

We recommend airplane mode for guests near preamps to avoid RF noise. The control computer stays online for call-ins.

Is the studio accessible?

Yes. Rooms have accessible entrances and adjustable seating. Let us know any needs when booking.

Do you offer editing or mix cleanup?

Light cleanup is available as an add-on for next-day delivery. See add-ons in the catalog.
